Linker

A commerce platform for sellers in Saudi Arabia, by NAMAA Solutions.

I redesigned Linker on web and mobile, and built the design system both share.

I also designed Linker's WhatsApp product from scratch: a shared inbox where a seller's team answers customers, takes orders and sends campaigns, later with Instagram and Messenger in the same place.

The shared inbox: chats on one side, the conversation in the middle, the customer and their orders on the other.

The mobile app: orders, an order, marketing, and the wallet.

I led the research and design for an AI agent that answers customers inside those chats. My prototypes and demos of it helped close 140,000 SAR of sales in one month.
