I've worked in product and product design for the past ten years, in fintech, B2B e-commerce, delivery and logistics, HR tech and government services, for companies in Egypt, the Gulf and the US.
In 2019 I co-founded a delivery startup in Upper Egypt. Today I'm at Flash, a payments company, where I own Flash Rewards end to end as its designer and PM.
I work with AI every day. I built my own money app, Tally, end to end with AI coding agents, trained the small model that reads its bank messages on the phone, and built the knowledge base Flash's product team and their AI agents work from.

MaxAB 2022A payments app for shop owners. I redesigned it, then moved them from a prepaid wallet to credit.

Where I've worked
Flash 2025–nowSenior product designer. Gold and currency rates, bill payment audits, Fliki and Floto for the team, and now Flash Rewards: offers that merchants pay for, which started as a pilot and is now live across Flash's food and drink merchants.
Linker, NAMAA Solutions 2024Senior product designer, remote, for sellers in Saudi Arabia. Redesigned the platform and designed its WhatsApp selling product from scratch. My prototypes and demos of an AI sales agent helped close 140,000 SAR of sales in one month.
Bluworks 2023Senior product designer. HR software: the dashboard, the manager app and the worker app, from zero to 3,000 users and 20 large clients in under ten months.
MaxAB 2021–22Product designer, then senior. Redesigned the payments app for shop owners, designed credit, built the design system and hired the design team.
Bosta 2021Product designer, contract. The app small merchants use to send orders.
Hydra Studios 2021Senior UI/UX designer, freelance, on Digital Egypt, the government services platform. I started its design system, set the foundations, and designed the forms used across all its services.
